Cancellation

  • 24 hour cancellation notice required (by 12AM - start of previous day) or the full room rate will be charged.

  • Note the parking lanes and please pull up to the sign.
  • If you expect to be late - please give us advance notice so that we can make arrangements.
  • Please respect our 10AM check out as we required time to prepare your room for you & will again for new guests. Thank you!


No Show

  • No show guests will be charged the full amount of their room rate.


Non-Smoking

  • We are a non-smoking establishment. An extra charge of $100 will be added to the room rate if smoking occurs in the room. No smoking on the Rifles balcony.


Children & Adults

  • We are unable to accommodate children. Max. 2 adult guests per room.


Pets

  • No pets allowed. We do not have pets in the house.
