One of our favourites! Why? The owners and staff are awesome and the food is delicious. Customers love the casual atmosphere, the colourful service, and the food that says wow! Whenever possible, Isaac's Way supports local producers and local butchers deliver quality meat. In addition, check out the beautiful artwork on display and available to purchase through a Silent Art Auction. (We've won a few art pieces ourselves!) Funds raised go to underprivileged kids. Isaac's Way wants to expose children to arts and culture – theatre classes, music lessons, dance classes, workshops, and art classes – to give them a chance to explore their hidden talents – an opportunity they might never have. Funds raised to date are around $37,930. Congrats to Isaac's Way!
So...visually explore the art, make a bid and enjoy a cold local beer while you wait for your dinner!

Located in the heart of downtown Fredericton the blue door enjoys a reputation for excellence in food, wine and hospitality. The blue door celebrates carefully sourced local ingredients from nearby Gagetown, Taymouth and Keswick Valley farms. The blue door was one of the first restaurants in the region to have produce actually planted by the farmer specifically for the blue door.

One of Fredericton's best places for casual fine dining. Food is prepared fresh in an open kitchen atmosphere, where fine dining meets a casual relaxed atmosphere and experience. "The Palate" name comes from the artistry in the food and for the artistry on the walls from local artists.
