Please respect our 10AM Check-Out. We require time to prepare our rooms for new guests.
We appreciate a call if you will be exceptionally early or late. From time-to-time errands take us away from the B&B.; Thank you.
No-Show guests will be charged the full rate.
We are a non-smoking establishment. An extra charge of $100.00 will be added to the room rate if smoking occurs in a room.
Children 8 years and older are welcome. We have a fun "secret room" in the Dragoon suite...books, toys, puzzles and stuffed friends are waiting to play. We ask that parents and their children respect other guests through quiet comings and goings. No running on the stairs or throughout the house, please. Removing your outdoor shoes while in your room is always appreciated.
No pets allowed. We do not have pets in the house, as well.
We are happy to accommodate your group. Please contact us and we'll provide you with a special rate for your party.
All guests that reserve a room with us provide private information, such as e-mail addresses and phone numbers. We never release your private information to anyone.
Are you a frequent traveller to Fredericton and surrounding area? Stay 10 nights with us and receive ONE FREE NIGHT. We'll keep track of your stays and credit you accordingly.
Do you require a weekly or longer term rate? Call us at 506-452-2802 for a quote. Choose to stay with or without breakfast. We are happy to have you as our guest.
